Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify assembly work for a lock device and improve its efficiency by inserting a lock case to a receiving hole in a mounting panel from the front side and tightening and fixing it with a nut screwed to thread ridges at the rear portion.
SOLUTION: A lock case 35 is fitted to the outer side of the outer cylinder 1 and fixed with a spring pin 36. A projection 38 in an axial direction on the inner surface of the lock case 35 is fitted to a groove 37 in an axial direction of the outer surface of an outer cylinder 1, and the lock case 35 is made not rotatable relative to the outer cylinder 1. This lock case 35 is inserted to a receiving hole in the mounting panel from the front side, and is tightened and fixed by a nut screwed to a thread ridge portion at the rear. Also to the rear portion of an inner cylinder 4, an interlocked body is fixed by a fixing ring, and a clasp plate or switch operation plate are coupled to the interlocked body. Also, a plurality of first disc tumblers and second disc tumblers 24 are respectively provided and inserted to the inner cylinder 4 in a reverse direction alternately. By doing this, the assembly work of the lock device can be simplified and performed with a higher efficiency.
