Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain strong torque and to improve the efficiency of a motor by arranging a position detector for each armature coil at the position between conductor units which contribute to the torque generated from other adjacent armature coil. CONSTITUTION:The body of a brushless motor M is formed by supporting square yokes 3, 4 by a post 5. A disc-shaped yoke 9 is arranged at the position between the yokes 3 and 4 of a rotational shaft 6, and circular field magnets 1 are fixed to both sides. An armature coil 2' is fixed to the inside of the yokes 3, 4. Position detectors 10, 10' for each armature coil 2' are arranged at the position between the conductor units which contribute to the torque generated from other radially adjacent armature coil 2'.
