PURPOSE: To obtain an excellent adhesive property under a corrosive environment by using an aluminum alloy member obtained by adjusting so that Si component is below 12 weight % and Cu component is below 2.2 weight % for a bonded structural body of a disc type damper.
CONSTITUTION: A disc type damper has a bonded structural body obtained by bonding a disc type aluminum alloy member and a rubber body together by means of a bonding agent. The bonded structural body forms the aluminium alloy member consisting of aluminum alloy obtained by adjusting so that Si component is below 12.0 weight % and Cu component is below 2.2 weight %, and is manufactured in such a way that the bonding agent is applied on this surface, that it is put into a forming die, that rubber materials are injected into the cavity of this forming die, that by means of heat treatment on the rubber materials, a rubber body is formed while vulcanizing the rubber materials, and that the aluminum alloy member and the rubber body are also bonded together. Thereby, the disc type damper such as a damper pulley equipped with the bonded structural body having excellent corrosion resistant property and adhesive property under a corrosive environment can be obtained.
