Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve decorativeness, corrosion resistance of a disc wheel constructed by fit-welding a plate rim and a plate disc, reduce costs, and improve the deflection accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: A disc 2 is formed with its outer peripheral part split into the outside part and the inside part, the outside part constitutes a portion 7 covering the surface side flange face 6, and the inside part constitutes a disc fitting part 5. The backside of the portion 7 is abutted on the rim surface side flange face 6, and the disc fitting part 5 is fit-welded to the backside inner periphery 4 of a rim surface side bead seat.
