This disc wheel having no drop part, comprises a rim part 12 having a first bead seat part 13, a wheel body 10 having a disc part 14, a side ring 16 positioned at an axial opposite side of the first bead seat part of the rim part 12 and having a second bead seat part 15 mounted on the wheel body 10, and an O-ring 18 for sealing between the wheel body 10 and the side ring 16, and the wheel body 10 and the side ring 16 are connected by the engagement of a male screw 14a formed on the wheel body 10 and a female screw 16a formed on the side ring 16. A projecting part 18 for mounting is formed on a side face of the side ring 16. The side ring 16 may be located on a disc side end part of the wheel or at an end part opposite thereto.
