Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge controller capable of making a capacitor to surely discharge.
SOLUTION: The discharge controller has a motor-driven machine; an inverter 40; the capacitor 17; a means for processing the occurrence of a voltage command value which generates the voltage command value for driving; a discharge control processing means which generates the voltage command value for discharging; and a means for processing the occurrence of a driving signal which generates the driving signal on the basis of the voltage command value for driving when a current from a DC power supply to the inverter 40 is supplied, generates the driving signal on the basis of the voltage command value for discharging when the supply of the current from the DC power supply to the inverter 40 is intercepted, and supplies the driving signal to the inverter 40. The discharge control processing means generates the voltage command value for discharging on the basis of the deviation between a target DC voltage and a DC voltage. When the supply of the current from the DC power supply to the inverter 40 is intercepted, the driving signal is generated on the basis of the voltage command value for discharging and supplied to the inverter 40.
