The discharge crushing apparatus 1 is equipped with an inductive energy accumulation circuit 20 and a dischargeable crushing electrode 10 connected to the inductive energy accumulation circuit 20. The inductive energy accumulation circuit 20 includes a crushing electrode 30 as the first discharge gap and the crushing electrode 10 is the second discharge gap provided in parallel to the crushing electrode 30. The crushing electrode 30 is easy to discharge as compared with the crushing electrode 10. The inductive energy accumulation circuit 20 generates discharge from the crushing electrode 30 and next generates discharge from the crushing electrode 10 immediately thereafter.
