To provide a discharge device capable of efficiently delivering discharge products.SOLUTION: A discharge device 5 includes: a housing 51 provided with a suction port 52 and a blowout port 53 where an airflow passes; a discharge electrode 61 causing discharge; and a counter electrode 71 provided in the housing and having an opening 22 or a notch for passing the airflow therethrough.
