Abstract:

To provide a discharge device of a filler and a method of filling thereof by which excellent work efficiency is achieved.

The discharge device for discharging the filler comprising a mortar-based or grout-based material to a recess of a concrete structure is provided with at least a housing member having the substantially same cross section as that of the recess and capable of housing the filler, a pressing member slidingly arranged in the housing member, and a piston for slidingly moving the pressing member. By inserting the discharge device into the recess and discharging the filler while pressing the discharge device into the recess, the discharge device is gradually pushed back from the recess receiving a reaction force from the filler, so that the discharge device can be pulled away easily.
