To provide a discharge device capable of preventing an electric wire from leaking to the outside of a casing without increasing the size of the casing and preventing internal discharge.SOLUTION: A high voltage substrate 1 on which a high voltage line is formed and a discharge electrode needle 7 connected to the high voltage line via a resistance element 4 are accommodated in a grounded metal casing C1, and a solid insulator C2 is interposed between the high voltage substrate 1 and the resistance element 4, and the inner periphery of the casing C1, and a filling material 15 made of an insulating resin is filled in the casing C1, and the high voltage substrate 1 and the resistive element 4 are covered with the filling material 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
