Abstract:
To provide a discharge igniter for a burner, easy in attaching and detaching a high-voltage generator to and from a burner body.
A fitting part 22 formed of a projecting part is formed on the outer surface of a casing 21 of the high-voltage generator 20. The burner body 40 is provided with fitting tools 41, 42 for fitting the casing 21 of the high-voltage generator 20 formed to clamp both sides of the casing 21. When the casing 21 is inserted between the tools 41, 42 and the casing is slid along the tools, the projecting part of the fitting part is fitted in an opening 43 so that the high-voltage generator 20 is fixed and supported to the burner body 40.
