To effectively carry out destruction work by providing liquid transferring impact between a metal fine conductor and a second impact reflection surface, and reflecting impulse wave generated from the metal fine conductor respectively to a first reflection surface and a second impact reflection surface to make them arrive at the surface of a destroyed object.
When high voltage energy is supplied to a metal fine conductor 1 within a short period of time, the metal fine conductor 1 is simultaneously melted and vapored to expand, and the impulse wave is directly hit to the destroyed object to destroy. Then, the impulse wave propagated in the destroyed object 2 clashes against the first impact reflection surface 4 and is reflected, and the first reflected impulse wave arrives at the surface 3 of the destroyed object 2 to operate. While, impulse wave propagated in water 6 is reflected to the second impact reflection surface 5, and the second reflected impulse wave also arrives at the surface 3 of the destroyed object 2 to operate. This operation is repeated to generate resonance phenomenon. Accordingly, the destroyed object can be effectively destructed.
