PURPOSE: To make uniform addition and mixture of additives practicable at a construction site by providing a plurality of agitation blades at the front end of a concrete supply pipe and by making at least one of the agitation blades and a revolving shaft serve as a suply passage for the additives.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of agitation blades 5a, 5g are provided at the front end of a concrete supply pipe 2 and made rotatable through a revolving shaft 5 which is provided, penetrating through the concrete supply pipe 2. The revolving shaft 5 is made hollow to form an additive supply passage 5c and made to communicate with an additive supply passage 5d provided at least at one of the agitation blades 5a. And at least one of other agitation blades 5g is made to serve exclusively for agitation without being provided with an additive supply means. Then, concrete/mortar is supplied through the concrete supply pipe 2 and additive is supplied through the additive supply passages 5c, 5d while the agitation blades 5a, 5g are rotated through the revolving shaft 5 with a driving motor 15 driven.
