Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of accurately monitoring a small amount of discharge amount, in a device that performs discharge with an air cylinder operating at constant pressure.SOLUTION: A discharge amount controller employs a configuration having: a regulator that generates compressed air of a predetermined pressure; a double-acting air cylinder operating with the compressed air; a quantitative container to which pressure is applied by pressing a shaft of the air cylinder; a nozzle that discharges a discharge agent charged in the quantitative container; a valve that controls the outflow from the quantitative container to the nozzle at a fixed time; an encoder that measures the movement amount of the shaft; and a discharge amount calculation unit that estimates a discharge amount based on the value of the encoder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
