PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge warning system and a discharge warning device, in the discharge warning system in which a control monitor station brings a plurality of warning stations under control, which is provided with a leakage sound broadcasting preventive function due to the transmission of the broadcasting starting signal to the other warning station after the warning station receives successively broadcast starting signals under a control mode.
SOLUTION: After the output control part 2r of a warning device 20 of respective warning stations receives successively broadcast starting signals under a control mode via a demodulating circuit of a modulating and demodulating part 2c a speaker on/off control signal of a line-on level is output to an amplitude starting control part 2s by receiving the broadcast starting signal. Thus, the amplitude starting control part 2s opens the signal input terminal of a voice amplifier 2i from the earth (ground) level to connect it to the broadcast signal output terminal of a warning control path 2h, and releases the operation inhibiting condition of the voice amplifier 2i to bring the output operation of a speacker 2j into an enabling condition (broadcast enabling condition).
