PURPOSE: To recycle energy discharged from a rotary device which uses energy of compressed fluid.
CONSTITUTION: Compressed air is supplied to a compressed air rotary device 4. A rotary shaft 5 of a compressed air rotary device 4 is driven by means of the compressed air. In order to recycle the compressed air discharged from the compressed air rotary device, the air is fed to a vacuum generator 7, conversion from jetting to suction of the compressed air is carried out, and an adsorber 8 is operated. Unnecessary compressed air is discharged from a discharge filter 6. In case of liquid, first, compressed fluid is fed to a compressed liquid rotary device. A holding tool, a collet chuck, and a cutting tool are driven. The compressed liquid discharged from the compressed liquid rotary device is injected from a charging hole for cooling heat generated by the cutting process. Unnecessary compressed liquid is discharged from a discharge filter.
