To provide a novel discharging cap with an opening preventing function that can be assembled by a simple operation and has high versatility to discharging caps.
A discharging cap 1 includes a discharging plug 2 fixed to a container opening, and a lid body 4. Via a to-be-broken line L, an annular body 7 is connected to an opening preventing cover 6 for preventing the lid body 4 from opening, the annular body 7 is engaged to the discharging cap 1, and therefore, the opening preventing cover 6 can be separated along the to-be-broken line L. The opening preventing cover 6 includes a top wall 6a to be arranged on the lid body 4 and a side wall 6b connecting the top wall 6a to the annular body 7, and a lower end of the discharging cap 1 is placed onto the annular body 7 through a side hole A1 formed in the side wall 6b, and therefore, the annular body 7 is engaged to the discharging cap 1.
