A holding metal fixture 51 for holding the lower terminal part of fluid pressure cylinder 11 is supported through a hinge 55 onto the inner surface of heat insulating door 3, the cylinder 11 and the central height section of insulating door 3 are linked by a folding stay 58, and the cylinder 11 is attached so as to be inclined. When exchanging the pack, a latch is detached, and the cylinder 11 at a standing position is inclined. A take-out port C of pack is automatically detached from a connecting port 39 of discharging part 35, and the used pack can be pulled out as it is. The new pack is housed in a housing chamber on the upper end side of cylinder 11 while inserting the take-out port C into a U groove 21. Since the gap with the insulating door 3 is kept wide, the take-out port C can be easily inserted as well. When the cylinder 11 is raised, it is held at the standing position by a latch member 59 and a lock element 61, and the take-out port C is fitted and connected into the connecting port 39.
