PURPOSE: To provide a metal discharging device capable of accurately discharging metal of a fixed quantity.
CONSTITUTION: A measuring chamber 5 and a pressurizing chamber 6 are formed in the main body of the device 4, the height (h) of a metal flow-in path 9 is set higher than the height (h') of a metal discharging path 12, an inert gas is introduced by pressure into the chamber 6 and the metal in the measuring chamber 5 is discharged to a casting die 15 side or a die casting machine side through a metal discharging port 11. Since accurately controlling the quantity of the discharged metal by the quantity of the inert gas introduced into the pressurizing chamber and there is no mechanism such as a ball valve, the process is easily applicable. Since no oxide is mixed in the metal, the products of an excellent quality is produced at a good yield.
