PURPOSE: To prevent abnormal discharging by setting the shortest distance in a straight line between the first conductive member and the second discharging member and the distance in a straight line between the first and the second exposed terminals to lengths longer than the shortest distance in a straight line between an induction electrode and a discharging electrode.
CONSTITUTION: The interval between the face, where terminals 7 and 9 are arranged, and an induction electrode 3 is made sufficiently longer than the thickness of a dielectric 4 between a discharging electrode 2 and the induction electrode 3. Thus, undesired discharging due to a pair of electrodes formed with the induction electrode 3 and the terminal 7 is prevented. The shortest distance in a straight line between the terminal 7 and a conductive member 8, that between the terminal 9 and a conductive member 6, and that between the conductive member 6 and the conductive member 8 are made longer than that between the discharging electrode 2 and the induction electrode 3. Thus, the occurrence of abnormal discharging between them and flowing of a displacement current are prevented.
