To provide a discharging mechanism with which no contents remain on an external surface of a valve after the contents are discharged from a container.

A container 3 equipped with a valve 1 is mounted on a discharging device 2, a valve element 10 is pressed against a valve seat 19 by a spring 17 to be closed, a support member 25 is pushed upward in this state, the valve element 10 is pushed up from the valve seat 19 by a push-up member 20 to be opened, and thereafter contents are discharged from the container into a discharging tube 26. Since the push-up member 20 covers a lower surface of the valve element 10 in contact at this time, no outflowing contents enters an aperture thereof, as a result, no contents remains on an external surface of the valve.
