In the discharging method of generated water of a fuel cell in which generated water inside a fuel cell 1 is forcibly discharged by adding a vibration, a vibration resistant material 3 of which the position can be changed is arranged at a required position on the fuel cell 1, such as a position responding to a power generation status monitoring result by a power generation status monitoring unit 4, and the position is protected against vibration, and a vibration is added to the fuel cell 1 by a vibrator 2. A moisture distribution in the fuel cell 1 can be controlled to improve a power generation performance furthermore.
