Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge raw materials stacked in a yard, where a different brand of material is laid on another, using a reclaimer without causing mixing together of different brands.
SOLUTION: A reclaimer installed in a raw material yard is equipped with a boom to make elevating and revolving and discharges the materials from the stack. Stacking is made with the first brand of material, and on the discharging end face in stairs of this first brand material on the way of stacking, the second brand of material is laid so that a new stack of two raw materials consolidated is formed, and the discharging operation from this stack is conducted while the scrape-off position of the boom tip is moved along the boundary surface between the two brands in the new stack.
