Title:
DISCOLORING IMPLEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000084263
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To form distinct reversibly thermally discolorable impressions even on reversibly thermally discolorable toys having ruggedness and curved surfaces by arranging plural impression moldings in a state of separating these moldings from each other so as to project to the same plane of ends and holding the respective impression moldings to a supporting body which is freely elastically deformable in a pressing direction at the time of impression molding.

This discolorable implement 1 is obtd. by adhering a foamed urethane resin plate body as a supporting body 3 to a disk end of a plastic clamping part 4 erected with a small-diameter column at the axial center of a large-diameter disk and adhering four sheets of the star-shaped aluminum impression moldings 2 onto this supporting body 3. On the other hand, the surface of a white plastic molding in a miniature car form is spray coated with a reversibly thermally discolorable coating material and is thus provided with a reversibly thermally discolorable layer, by which the reversibly thermally discolorable toy 7 is obtd. The star-shaped thermally discolorable impressions 17 are obtd. by pressing the impression moldings 2 at room temp. to the surface of the reversibly thermally discolorable toy 7 after cooling of the impression moldings 2. The star-shaped thermally discolorable impressions may accordingly distinctly formed regardless of the curved surfaces.
