The circumferences of movable blades 29 rotatably connected to load-side terminals 27 through a connection shaft 36 are surrounded by an operation part 38 formed of an insulation material; an operation shaft 38a of the operation part 38 rotatably driven by a driving source is positioned on the same axial line as that of the connection shaft 36; the operation part 38 is rotated through the operation shaft 38a by the driving source; and the movable blades 29 are rotated by pressing them by the operation part 38. The operation part 38 is provided with a correlation part 38b in correlation with the movable blades 29.
