Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform a stable control with a quick response by using an adaptive turn-on/off control function in the transient state and using a continuous manipulated variable sampling control function in the steady state and performing automatic tuning with a discrete time model of a controlled system. CONSTITUTION:A discrete time turn-on/off switching adaptive control function block 7 is used for the control in the transient state to output a sequence of an optimum manipulated variable to a switch 11. A set value and a sampling measured value of a controlled system 1 are given to a steady state control function block 8 through switches 5 and 10, and parameters of the discrete time model estimated by the block 7 are given there also. The block 8 performs the continuous manipulated variable sampling control of the controlled system 1, and the output is given to the switch 11. Thus, the responsiveness is improved and an excellent characteristic of less overshoot is shown when a change at the rise time or the set time is performed, and the controlled system is controlled stably with less variation in the steady state.
