Title:
DISCRIMINATING METHOD OF STATE OF COMBUSTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05187622
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable highly-precise judgement of a state of combustion by suppressing the height of flame to be low by a downward gas flow produced by a flame suppressing gas and by discriminating the state of combustion on the basis of a flame image above a dry zone obtained.

CONSTITUTION: A blower 13 and a damper device 14 being operated, a combustion gas 15 of an incinerator l supplied through an exhaust gas circulation duct 12 is jetted as a flame suppressing gas from a gas jetting nozzle 11 toward the flame in a combustion zone 6 and the height of the flame is suppressed to be low by a downward gas flow produced by a combustion exhaust gas 15. An image picked up is processed, a state of combustion in a dry zone 5 is displayed as image information in a monitor device 10, and based on the image information displayed, a state of combustion of the incinerator l is discriminated. The state of combustion in the dry zone can be discriminated without being hindered by the flame in the combustion zone 6, and the state of combustion can be judged with high precision.
