To provide a dish washing/drying machine having a heater jointly used in washing/rinsing and drying and preventing burning of food residue stuck to the heater in the drying.
This dish washing/drying machine is provided with a control device executing a washing/rinsing process wherein water introduced in a washing tub 3 is heated by the heater 6 and injected from nozzles 8 to wash and rinse dishes stored in the washing tub 3; and a drying process wherein air in the washing tub 3 is heated by the heater 6 and circulated by a blower fan 9 to dry the dishes. The control device is so constituted as to, in the drying process, duty-control the input to the heater 6 and make the input to the heater 6 in the initial drying of the drying process smaller than the input in a main drying.
