PURPOSE: To obtain a throw-away dish sheet for a gas range which can be used without staining a dish and a wire net used for a grill and an oven of the gas range and causes no possibility of lowering a heating efficiency.

CONSTITUTION: Corrugated bottom parts 42 are constructed of a plurality of groove-shaped root parts 46 extending in virtually parallel juxtaposition and of ridge parts 48 connecting these groove-shaped root parts, while side plates 44 (lateral side parts) are formed as side walls of the groove-shaped root parts 46 at the opposite end edges in the direction of extension of the groove-shaped root parts 46, and the whole is constructed of a flame-retardant sheet-shaped member. Thereby a set material to be cooked can be supported in a narrow area differently from an aluminum sheet in a flat shape. Since the material to be cooked is supported in the top regions of the ridge parts in a plurality, in other words, it can be put in a state similar to that it is put on a wire net, and thus a heating efficiency is not lowered. This dish sheet can cover both a dish and the wire net 26.
