This dish stacking device 1 is provided with a dish transferring body 6 for changing the position of a dish W by rotation from carrying-out to stacking and transferring the dish W in the stacking position by movement, and a driving means 10 for rotating and driving this dish transferring body 6. The driving means 10 rotates and moves the dish transferring body 6 with power from a single driving source 16. The dish stacking device 1 is provided with a dish supporting means 45 for stacking and supporting a predetermined number of the dishes W in a plurality of stages according to rotation and movement of the dish transferring body 6 by the driving means 10.
