A noticing means H to notice the time to supply the finishing agent and a discriminating means 25 to discriminate whether the finishing agent was supplied in the supplying period or not are equipped to make the control means 27 to shorten the drying time accompanying the discrimination of finishing agent supply by a discrimination means 25 by the drying means 17, 25 shorter than the drying time in a case the finishing agent is not supplied.
