PURPOSE: To easily contrive the improvement of the efficiency of a heater serving also as washing and drying, the simplification of a heater fitting structure, etc., by using properly the power source of the heater installed in a washing room for an alternating output and a half-wave rectifying output according to an occasion.
CONSTITUTION: A water reservoir 14 is formed in a washing tank 1 bottom part to form a washing room 6, and a heater 17 is provided inside. The heater 17 is output-connected to a washing circuit 72 composed of a microcomputer through an alternating circuit 73 and a half-wave rectifying circuit 74, and as the power source of the heater 17 provided inside the washing room 6, the output and half-wave rectifying output are properly used according to the occasion. Thus, the heater 17 is successively operated, a washing water is heated, the heater 17 is interruptively operated, the drying can be executed and by switching the heating quantity of the heater 17, the subject washer can safely used both for washing and drying with good efficiency.
