To provide a dish washing and drying machine with which the air outside machine can be sent evenly over the dishes, etc., to be dried by making opening and closing of a circulating path and blowing path using the pressure of washing water as the drive motive force.
A dryer is equipped with a washing tub 41, washing pump 44, nozzle 45, and a circulating path 53 with which a blowing path 54 is connected, and further furnished with a washing water supply valve 56 to operate with the pressure of washing water as the drive motive force and an air supply valve 57, and accordingly in the washing process, the water supply valve 56 is elevated by the pressure of washing water to open the circulating path 53, and at the same time, the air supply valve 57 rises to cause shutting of the blowing path 54. Therefore, the washing water 43 is supplied to the dishes, etc., 48 via the circulating path 53 and nozzle 45. In the drying process, the air supply valve 57 opens by its own weight the blowing path 54, and the washing water supply valve 56 shuts the circulating path 53. Thus the external air is sent uniformly to the dishes 48 via the blowing path 54 and nozzle 45, which ensures that the dish drying performance is enhanced.
