PURPOSE: To provide a means to solve such a problem as the corrosion of the radiating fin of a heating unit also used in a washing and drying process in common and the deterioration of insulation of the insulating terminal of a heating element.
CONSTITUTION: A first ventilation duct 20 which guides the outside air to the heating unit 15, and a second ventilation duct 21 extending from the heating unit 15 to an air blower port 14 which guides the outside air to a washing tub 1 are provided at a ventilation duct 13. Washing water 3, waste 24 attached on the radiating fin 22 and bedewed water 25 due to steam, etc., intruding from the washing tub 1 to the heating unit 15 via the air blower port 14 and the second ventilation duct 21 in a washing and rinsing process can be propagated on the radiating fin 22 advancing in the direction of the air blower port 14 and permitted to flow in the washing tub 1 by forming the part of the radiating fin 22 neighbored to at least the second ventilation duct 21 in such a way that inclination is provided in the center direction of the air blower port 14.
