Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve noise performance and reliability by reducing noise leaking from an exhaust port to a body outside part, and preventing a drying heater and a drying blower from being exposed to wet environment.SOLUTION: A dishwasher includes: a drying unit comprising a washing tank, a feed-water valve, a heat generator, a pressure pump, an injection nozzle, a drying blower, and a drying heater; a washing tank exhaust port for guiding a wet air to the outside of the washing tank; an exhaust duct; an external exhaust port; and a sound absorbing duct. The sound absorbing duct includes a first inflow port and a second inflow port so as to cause the wet air to pass between itself and the inside surface, with their installed proximity or closely-fitted to a washing tank inner face. The first inflow port is formed at a position to be closed by wash water or rinse water stored in the washing tank, however, the second inflow port is formed at an upper position apart from the first inflow port so as not to be closed by the wash water or rinse water stored in the washing tank.
