Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher which can wash fouled articles to be washed without using detergent, but with a limited quantity of electrolyzed water or alkaline water to be generated with an electrolyzer.
SOLUTION: The dishwasher is provided with an electrolyzer 27, a vaporizer 40 with which electrolyzed water generated by the electrolyzer 27 is heated to be vaporized, an injection means 45 which injects the electrolyzed water vaporized by the vaporizer 40 to objects 51 to be washed. It is also provided with an electrolyzer 27a which electrolyzes water to be separated into alkaline water and acidic water, a vaporizer 40 with which the alkaline water or the acidic water is heated to be vaporized and a jet means 45 which jets the alkaline water or the acidic water vaporized by the vaporizer 40 to the washing objects 51.
