Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively and inexpensively disinfecting bacilli such as coliform bacteria is sewage on raining, which is discharged from a pump station, a rain-water discharge opening, and a sewage disposal plant into a public water area, being not treated or simply treated and containing the bacilli such as the coliform bacteria.
SOLUTION: In the sewage disposal plant having a structure of excluding the sewage containing rain-water out of the system, when the sewage on rain water is flown into the plant via a sewage pipe duct, a disinfectant is poured into the sewage on raining at the time when a predicted time until the discharging reaches a predetermined value by monitoring a water level and/or water level rising rate per hour of the sewage on raining in the plant, and/or by monitoring an inflow of the sewage on raining per hour into the plant, and predicting the time until the sewage on raining is discharged from the plant.
