Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disinfecting storage capable of lowering the temperature of articles in an article storage chamber at an early stage after disinfection and drying operations are finished.SOLUTION: A disinfecting storage is configured so that an operation board can control a temperature raising mode for raising the temperature of an article storage chamber, a disinfecting mode executed after the temperature raising mode is finished, for disinfecting articles such as dishes stored in the article storage chamber, a drying mode executed after the disinfecting mode is finished, for drying the articles, and a cool down mode executed after the drying mode is finished, for lowering the temperature of a heater. In the cool down mode, opening of a shutter and driving of a blower fan are continued while driving of the heater is stopped, and the cool down mode is continued until the articles discharge waste heat sufficiently.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
