Abstract:

To disinfect the seeds of bud vegetables, particularly attaining effective sterilization of food poisoning bacteria stocks by preliminarily soaking the seeds in water and treating them in a specific manner.

The seeds of bud vegetables are preliminarily soaked in water, preheated, exposed to a high temperature for a short time for sterilization, then cooled down. In a preferred embodiment, the preliminary soaking is carried out at 5-15°C for 30-60 minutes, the preheating is at 40-80°C for 10-30 seconds, the sterilization is at 70-90°C for 10-120 seconds and the final cooling is done at 15-25°C.
