Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disintegrator for a flake manufacturing apparatus in which the production efficiency is improved, even a product of a fused source liquid to be solidified into a sheet can be easily disintegrated into flakes without damaging a table, and cleaning/washing is easily performed.
SOLUTION: In the disintegrator for the flake manufacturing apparatus, a fused source liquid supplied by a feeding means of the source liquid onto the upper face of a table which horizontally rotates is solidified by cooling, and the solidified half-finished product is scraped off by a scraper and disintegrated into flakes. A cylindrical body 8a having a long hole opened in the longitudinal direction is disposed near the scraper 7 which is present in the downstream area of the rotation direction of the table. A guide passage 16 continued from the scraper is connected to the opening of the long hole 8d of the cylindrical body so as to forcibly guide the half-finished product scraped by the scraper through the guide passage to introduce it into the cylindrical body through the opening of the long hole. The inside of the cylindrical body is provided with a disintegrating means 8b to disintegrate the introduced half-finished product.
