Title:
DISK BODY SORTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004199337
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To surely reject a false medal even if many tokens are consecutively thrown in at a time.

On a main plate 1, first and second press members 5 and 7 for pressing tokens rolling along a passage to the opposite side are juxtaposed in the rolling direction of the tokens. Sorting plates 2 are provided oppositely to the main plate 1 with a fixed interval left between them, have guide rails 19 provided on their lower end parts, the rails being inclined so as to cause the tokens thrown in from a throw-in hole 3 to roll, and are provided with a cutout part 17 making a height from the guide rail 19 to its upper edge 18 slightly smaller than that of a regular token. Further, an inclined wall 20 is provided extending from a lower end of the cutout part 17 diagonally to the upper outside. A false token having a smaller diameter is surely turned over to the inclined wall 20 side by the two press members 5 and 7 while rolling on the guide rail 19, coming off from the guide rail 19, and drops into a false token return port 10.
