To provide a disk brake device, reducing contamination on the outer surface side of a wheel due to abrasion powder generated in braking.
This disk brake device includes: a disk rotor 12 rotating with an axle; a caliper 10 pressing a pair of friction materials 16 to the frictional sliding surface of the disk rotor 12 to generate braking force; and a baffle body 44 striding over the disk rotor 12 in the direction of thickness in a position at a predetermined distance from the caliper 10 on the downstream side of forward rotation of the disk rotor 12. The baffle body 44 guides air including abrasion powder generated when the disk rotor 12 and the friction materials 16 come into contact with each other toward the inside side of the disk rotor 12, that is, in the opposite direction to the wheel 30, whereby contamination of the wheel 30 due to abrasion powder can be reduced.
