To suppress the eccentric wear of a brake pad by inhibiting the rise of a surface pressure at the turn-in side on the lining of the brake pad at the time of braking by a disk brake.

In a disk brake device DB1, a back plate 41 of the brake pad 40 has an outside part 41A, which extends outside rotor diameter from the lining 42, and an inside part 41B, which extends inside the rotor diameter from the lining 42. In the outside part 41A, a first through-hole 41A1, which engages with a first pin 61 provided on a caliper 20 so as to accept a braking force by the caliper 20 at the time of braking, is provided at the turn-in side end in the circumferential direction of the rotor. In the inside part 41B, a second through-hole 41B1, which engages with a second pin 62 provided on the caliper 20 so as to accept the braking force by the caliper 20 at the time of braking, is provided at the turn-in side end in the circumferential direction of the rotor. The through-holes 41A1, 41B1 are arranged to face each other in such a way as to sandwich the lining 42.
