Abstract:
To dispense with removal of a decorative plate in replacement of a pad, and to easily confirm the wearing state of the pad without disassembling a caliper mechanism in a disk brake device in which the continuity of a caliper bracket and a caliper body is ensured by the decorative plate.
In the disk brake device for use in an automobile or the like, including a floating caliper mechanism, the decorative plate 9 extending over claw parts 52 of the caliper body 5 is provided on the outer surface of the caliper bracket 4.
