To provide a disk brake device which can achieve a highly reliable stopper structure without using a stopper pin even in a case of a configuration where a brake pad is supported by a pad pin.
A disk brake device is a floating disk brake device 10, and is disposed stepping over a loose fitting part provided at caliper constitution elements at an inner side and an outer side of a rotor 100 while supporting at least a brake pad at an outer side of a brake pad 42. Further, the disk brake device includes a pad pin 66 receiving torque during braking, and a caliper spring 52 having engaging parts 61a, 661b covering the outer periphery of the pad pin 66. The pad pin 66 includes constricted parts 66a, 66b disposed along an axial direction, and the fitting parts 61a, 61b are configured to cover at least half the outer periphery of the constricted parts 66a, 66b.
