Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and exactly stock compact disc packages.
SOLUTION: When a disc case 1 consisting of a case body and a lid for closing the case body is stocked, the disc case 1 is moved to a specified position below a stocker 11, and positioned there. The disc case 1 is raised to be accommodated in the stocker 11, and then the disc case 1 is lowered again to be placed on supporting means 21 provided in the stocker. The supporting means 21 are advanced and retracted on their raceway to correspond to the vertical- movement of the disc case 1. Thus, a number of the disc cases 1 are stocked smoothly, exactly and efficiently in the stocker from below the stocker 11.
