To provide a disk case in which a disk can be held simply and damage of the disk can be prevented as much as possible by holding the disk firmly.
A disk holding part 3 includes a securing part 4 comprising a flat plate 4a, a protrusion 4b and a disk pressing part 4d, and a supporting part 11 to support the securing part 4 to the main body 2 of the case, wherein when the opening of a disk is engaged in each protrusion 4b, by pressing the flat plate 4a, the flat plate is bent to lean each protrusion 4b toward the flat plate 4a to retract from the opening and at the same time the disk surface is pressed by each disk pressing part 4d so that engagement of the opening and each protrusion 4b is released, and after releasing the engagement, by releasing the pressing on the flat plate 4a, the flat plate is returned to the initial stage by a resilient force of bending and the securing part 4 is returned to the initial stage by the supporting part 11.
