To provide a disk case capable of detaching a disk by a slight force when opening the case, and performing a series of operations to detach the disk by opening the case in one operation by a simple structure.

The disk case 1 to store a disk having a center hole passing through the center of a disk face comprises a case body 2 with one end having a closed face and the other end being opened, a lid to close the opening side of the case body, a projecting part 5 provided on the closed face of the case body and protruded from the closed face to the opening side, a locking projection 7 protruded substantially parallel to the closed face from a tip of the projecting part, and a pawl part 10 which is protruded from the lid 9 and bent to the lid side. The disk is stored in the case body when the projection is inserted in the center hole. When the lid closes the opening side of the case body so that the pawl part and the locking projection face each other, the pawl part is engaged with the locking projection to push up the disk.
