PURPOSE: To perform cleaning as applying pitch interval adjustment to fit in each station of ultrasonic cleaning and brush cleaning with different pitch intervals of a disk respectively when cleaning processing is performed on plural disks by a batch processing system.

CONSTITUTION: After the ultrasonic cleaning is applied to the plural disks D at an ultrasonic cleaning part 2b, they are moved to a brush cleaning station 3. At this time, the disk D is taken out at every other disk at a disk carry-in part 3a by a disk interval adjusting transfer means 40 consisting of disk lifters 41, 42 and a disk chucking means 20 when it is carried in a roll brush cleaning part 3b. Thereby. the pitch interval of the disk D can be adjusted so as to keep a satisfactory pitch interval at the roll brush cleaning part 3b by expanding by doubling the pitch interval of the disk D.
