Abstract:
PURPOSE:To remove the cracking noise of backlash by smoothing the operation of a Seller's spring in a captioned device in which transmission gears adopting so-called Seller's mechanism are engaged with the external side of a clutch outer. CONSTITUTION:In long holes 13b and 14b bored on web parts 13a and 14b of the first gear 13 and the second gear 14 mutually overlapped, a projected part 15a on a clutch outer 15 of a multiple disk clutch main body 11 is fitted, and an annular side plate 16 is fast fixed on the projected part 15a by a pin 17 for engaging the first gear 13 and the second gear 14 with the clutch outer 15. The first gear 13 and the second gear 14 hold the teeth of a drive gear 21 between them by a Seller's spring 18. A push-rod 23b provided on the side of an annular plate 23a provided between a coned disc spring 22 and the second gear, is penetrated through a long hole 14f to be in direct contact with the first gear 13, and pushed by the coned disc spring 22 for pushing the first gear 13 to the external side of the clutch outer 15.
